System Requirements

Ovation LIMS is a cloud-based system that is accessible via any internet-connected computer.  While most browser applications are supported, for the best user experience, Ovation recommends the following web browsers: 

  • Google Chrome (preferably version 73.0.3683.86 or higher)
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari

No additional software applications are needed to operate Ovation. There are no additional hardware requirements for Ovation operation unless barcode printing is required.

Tip:  Ovation is accessible via Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer, but users have reported limited viewing capabilities in certain areas of the application.  Therefore, we do not recommend the use of these web browsers.
