OvDx Maintenance Updates July 16, 2023

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-10579] We now retain the format and case of test and test panel custom attribute keys as they are entered. Previously, for example, a key entered as "pathogenClass" would display as "Pathogen class" and now it will display as "pathogenClass".
  • [OVDX-10459] We improved some of the error messages that are displayed when patient reports fail to generate due to misconfiguration.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-10583] We fixed issues that caused these COVID-19 results to be omitted from COVID-19 analytics reports: results for tests configured with a COVID-19 SNOMED code on an Infectious Disease report configuration; and results for requisitions with both COVID-19 and Infectious Disease report configurations where the Infectious Disease report was signed after the COVID-19 report.
  • [OVDX-10438] We fixed an issue that occurred when signing a patient report in the Report Release feature on the Dashboard: when the user had a configured signing role in a requisition's project and another configured signing role in a different project, both signatures would be applied to that requisition.
  • [OVDX-10420] We corrected the processing of non-numeric values in workflows that are configured to calculate values from imported data, such as calculating a mean CT value, and routing based on those values. Now, non-numeric values are ignored in the calculation, and routing based on comparing the calculated value to a threshold value will not occur if the calculated value is empty.
  • [OVDX-10404] We improved how samples are queued to workflows when the selection of test panels on the requisition changes. Now, samples will be removed from queues that the previous selection of test panels implied (subject to the currently configured routing rules) but that the new selection does not imply; and samples will be added to queues that the previous selection did not imply but that the new selection does imply.
