OvDx Maintenance Updates October 22, 2023

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

• [OVDX-10696] You can now configure the order in which tests appear under a test panel on Req Forms. Go to More > Lab > Test Panels, choose a test panel and then use the new arrow icons in the Panel Contents list to drag tests up and down.
• [OVDX-10330] The Import Requisitions dialog will now immediately close upon clicking "Create", with a message indicating that the import request was submitted. When the import completes, users will now receive an in-app temporary notification as well as by clicking the bell icon in the top-right corner of the page. If there were any errors during the import, they will be displayed in the notification message.
• [OVDX-10303] You can now change the template for a requisition after saving it if certain conditions are satisfied:
  - no patient reports have yet been generated for that requisition
  - the new template allows the test panels that the requisition is using
  - the new template has the sample groups that the requisition is using
  - those sample groups in the new template allow for the sample and container types that the requisition is using in those groups
• [OVDX-9229] We added a new API (see here) to retrieve the results for a sample. This returns results in a standard structure across organizations and configurations. This API should be used in favor of the reportResultDetails object in webhook payload, which is now deprecated.
