OvDx Maintenance Updates September 1, 2024

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11103] We no longer offer the option to clone from an existing project when adding a new project.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11130] We fixed an issue that occurred with samples that had multiple test panels that included resistance gene tests. Depending on configuration, these would cause the instrument data upload step in the workflow to fail.
  • [OVDX-11123] We fixed an issue where users could not create a second File Exchange integration.
  • [OVDX-11116] We fixed an issue where using the Regenerate patient report button did not function properly if that report had been generated by uploading it to a workflow.
  • [OVDX-11109] We fixed an issue where test_result_ready webhooks (link) that were configured to be triggered when results are ready in a particular requisition template would be fired regardless of the template.
  • [OVDX-11134] We fixed a recently introduced issue where searching (with the magnifying glass on the top menu bar) could display provider accounts and containers that were not associated with the selected organization. However, users could not then navigate to see details about them.
  • [OVDX-11129] We fixed a recently introduced issue that caused these features to fail: re-sending fax reports; importing project settings, adding a new provider, updating workflow sample results.
