OvDx Maintenance Updates October 13, 2024

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11142] We fixed a rare and sporadic issue where, when a requisition billing was submitted to AdvancedMD, the status of the requisition would stay in “Ready to Submit“ even though the attempt was made and an error was returned. Now, in that case, it will display that it got an error and indicate what the error was.
  • [OVDX-11140] We fixed an issue that causes some custom attributes to always appear blank when selected as a visible column on Requisition Reports.
