OvDx Maintenance Updates February 2, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-10898] You can now include the test panel name on the generic cover sheet for a patient results report. To configure this feature, see the knowledge base article here.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11236] We fixed an issue in the Fax History analytics report where filtering by both a start and end date did not work correctly.
  • [OVDX-11211] We fixed an issue involving canceling a requisition with a sample that is in the batch for two workflows. After you canceled that requisition, if you then removed it from the batch on one of those workflows (by deselecting it and resubmitting the batch), the requisition would no longer be canceled.
