OvDx Maintenance Updates August 3, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11364] We made an important change regarding how permissions are interpreted for Portal users. Previously, users needed to be able to update a requisition in order to add a Supplemental Documents. With this change, they will be allowed to do so for any requisition they have access to. Note that this change mirrors how permissions are interpreted when adding a Comment to a requisition.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11369] We fixed an issue where the "Correction Reason" would be omitted from a requisition report if the first- or last name of the signing user is not present.
  • [OVDX-10806] We made minor updates to the helper text shown in the integration event log.
