OvDx Maintenance Updates September 7, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Changes for our ORN partners

  • [OVDX-11372] We added the ability to configure a number of characters to be removed from the end of a sample identifier as it's being scanned during shipment creation or receipt.
  • [OVDX-11390] We fixed a recently introduced issue where users were unable to update (or remove) samples that were already in a shipment.
