OvDx Maintenance Updates September 21, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11385] We fixed an issue that would cause reports to generate without results when a previously signed report with results had been deleted.
  • [OVDX-11383] We fixed an issue where, in certain cases, custom attribute dates were temporarily displayed incorrectly after saving a requisition.
  • [OVDX-11382] We fixed a recently introduced issue where some HL7 billing messages were not sent, depending on the role of the user that verified the requisition.

Other changes for our ORN partners

  • [OVDX-11387] We changed what happens when you scan a sample into a shipment that is not eligible for biobanking for any reason. Now, that sample will be highlighted so that the next sample scanned will replace it in the shipment, saving you from having to select it and delete it.
  • [OVDX-11386] We removed "Material Type" from the sample shipment form because that information is not required.
