OvDx Maintenance Updates October 12, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

[OVDX-11398] We added the option to include provider account address information for the Requisition Reports analytics report.
[OVDX-11238] We added a message when entering fax numbers that warns the user about potential duplicates if the same fax number is used for multiple provider contacts.

Fixes

[OVDX-10937] We fixed an issue where medications do not display properly in the Req Form when they were set on the requisition through the API.
