OvDx Maintenance Updates October 19, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

[OVDX-11406] The APIs to create and update provider accounts now supports two additional parameters: emailReportReadyNotificationsContacts and faxSignedReports . See the updated documentation here.

Fixes

[OVDX-10847] We added restrictions preventing the upload of incompatible document types when uploading documents for reports.
