OvDx Maintenance Updates November 2, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11409] We improved field validation for custom attribute date values. There was one case, which we could not recreate, where an invalid value was allowed, causing subsequent processing issues.
  • [OVDX-11231] We fixed an issue where the "Rows" option (the number of samples to show on each page) in the Workflows > Queued Samples list page would revert to the default after navigating.
  • OVDX-10821] We fixed an issue with provider accounts in global search results: only one sales rep would be shown for a provider account even if multiple were associated.

Other changes for our ORN partners

  • [OVDX-11413] We fixed an issue where the "Biobanking Eligible" value was sometimes incorrect in the CSV file downloaded from the Samples list page.
  • [OVDX-11407] You can now set a default for the option to either “Send identified samples” or “Send de-identified samples” in a shipment. We also improved the UI so it is more obvious which option is in place for a shipment.
