OvDx Maintenance Updates November 9, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

• [OVDX-11403] We now allow multiple provider accounts to be selected when configuring an ASP report.

Fixes

• [OVDX-11418] We fixed an issue where the global search results for provider accounts only shows sales reps for one provider account even when they are associated with others.
• [OVDX-11415] We fixed an issue in the requisitions API when querying for corrected reports (reportingStatus = corrected ). If a date filter (startDate  and/or endDate ) was included in the query, we applied that to when the requisition was created – now we apply that to when the corrected report was signed.
• [OVDX-10916] We fixed an issue where the overall status for a requisition was incorrect when, after running a sample through a workflow and rejecting it in QC, another sample was added, run through the same workflow and then rejected in QC with the same reason.

Other changes for our ORN partners

• [OVDX-11424] We improved the user interface in the case of removing a sample from a bag container.
• [OVDX-11423] We added a button to bring up the form for a sample in a shipment from the samples list and removed the container position column in the case of a bag container type.
• [OVDX-11420] We updated the form used to add a sample to a shipment in order to optimize it for scanners.
