OvDx Maintenance Updates November 16, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11421] We fixed an issue where ordering from the portal was still offered (but non-functional) after an organization's tenant was moved to read-only mode (generally because the organization is in the process of terminating their subscription).
  • [OVDX-11419] We fixed an issue where the global search results for provider accounts shows sales reps even after they have been removed from that provider account.
  • [OVDX-11410] We fixed an issue where you couldn't filter a Requisition Report by Test Panel.

Other changes for our ORN partners

  • [OVDX-11427] We fixed an issue where the Last Updated column in the shipments list (whether Shipping or Receiving), which is supposed to show the user who last modified that shipment, would instead show the user that created that shipment.
