OvDx Maintenance Updates April 5, 2026

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11543] We reintroduced the option to open a PDF document in a new browser tab.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11554] We fixed an issue where steps in workflows with a control that require an uploaded file could not be submitted.
  • [OVDX-11551] We fixed an issue that disabled changing the provider account on a requisition after the previous provider account was deleted.
  • [OVDX-11549] We fixed a rare issue where patient result reports could not be signed if a specific sequence of characters appeared in the underlying data.
  • [OVDX-11538] We fixed an issue that incorrectly associated the "No samples received" held reason to a requisition when it was put on hold with received samples present.
  • [OVDX-11502] We fixed an issue that prevented Supplemental Documents uploaded in the Documents tab from showing up on the Req Form under Supplemental Documents.
