OvDx Maintenance Updates August 9, 2026

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

[OVDX-11651] We fixed an issue with our Catalyst integration which caused repeat uploads to fail.

Fixes

[OVDX-11667] We fixed an issue which would prevent users from adding a contact for legacy provider accounts.
[OVDX-11669] We fixed an issue that prevented users from advancing to the QC step of certain workflows.
[OVDX-11671] We fixed an issue with the samples table on the batch creation activity.
[OVDX-11672] We fixed an issue with loading requisitions for sales reps on the portal.
[OVDX-11673] We fixed an issue in the portal where the provider account dropdown menu wouldn't close and secondary provider accounts would not display properly.
[OVDX-11674] We fixed an issue with the workflow filter on the samples page.
[OVDX-11679] We fixed an issue with custom attributes not displaying as an option when generating a requisition report.
[OVDX-11684] We fixed an issue with printing labels and requisition forms.
[OVDX-11685] We fixed an issue which would show unauthorized users on the portal an endless loading screen.
[OVDX-11690] We fixed various display issues where information was not showing as expected: requisition DOB, requisition supplemental documents, requisition cancellation message and project name field.
[OVDX-11691] We fixed an issue with rearranging sections in the req form settings.
[OVDX-11697] We fixed some issues with entering and saving information for requisition preauthorization fields, custom attributes, provider account information, medications, sample receive date and diagnosis codes.
[OVDX-11699] We fixed various issues with requisition held status changes.
[OVDX-11701] We fixed issues with the use of adapters in a workflow.
[OVDX-11703] We fixed an issue which caused changed but unsaved diagnosis codes be reset when navigating away from the req form.
