OvDx Maintenance Updates August 23, 2026

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11723] We made a small improvement to the portal order signing flow. Now orders can be signed right away instead of having to resubmit and then sign.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11724] We fixed and issue where the patient address would not populate after searching and selecting an existing patient.
  • [OVDX-11722] We fixed an issue with our Excel preview which prevented users from previewing documents.
  • [OVDX-11720] We fixed an issue which prevented users from downloading the Provider Account list.
  • [OVDX-11718] We fixed an issue which prevented users from displaying "Reject Documents" in the portal.
  • [OVDX-11659] We fixed an issue with filtering shipments by partial user name.
