OvDx Maintenance Updates September 6, 2026

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11737] We fixed a small issue which caused creating shipments to fail when de-identified samples are enabled by default.
  • [OVDX-11736] We fixed a small display issues when selecting Global ID barcode options.
  • [OVDX-11727] We made a small fix to our requisition status flow. Now signing a requisition has consistent behavior with other status update flows.
