OvDX Maintenance Updates October 18, 2026

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11597] We made a small enhancement to the portal order read-only display to also include the signature information.
  • [OVDX-11558] We added support for previewing PDF documents in the QC activity's result preview.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11768] We fixed an issue which caused the Project and Requisition Template dropdowns on a route's action settings to not be searchable.
  • [OVDX-11544] We fixed an issue which caused the Provider Accounts list on a Sales Rep's page to be incomplete when the rep was opened from the Sales Reps list.
