Workflows - Home Page
The Workflows page shows all of the samples currently available to be processed through a workflow and all of the workflows that have been created in an organization.
Workflows Tab
This tab shows a summary of all workflow queues and created workflows.
The color coded bar graph shows the number and status of samples in each workflow queue: blue for Queued Samples and orange for Held Samples.
The workflows can be sorted in 3 ways by clicking the icons in the upper right corner of the graph:
- Highest number of samples queued to lowest number of samples
- Lowest number of samples queued to highest number of samples
- Alphabetical order of workflow names
The table under the bar graph is a list of all created workflows and can be sorted or filtered by any column.
Queued Samples Tab
This tab shows a list of all queued samples, and users can:
- Sort or filter by any column
- Download a (filtered) list of samples using the Download List button
- Add samples to a workflow queue using the green Add To Queue button
- Remove samples from a workflow queue using the red Remove button
Pending Rejected Samples Tab
This tab shows a list of samples that are pending rejection. For more on sample rejection, see the article on Rejecting a Sample.
Rejected Samples Tab
This tab shows a list of samples that have been rejected. The list can be sorted, filtered and downloaded.
