OvDx Maintenance Updates September 3, 2023

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

• [OVDX-10445] When you first use a requisitions list (whether a project's Requisitions page or the global one), it will now default to showing only requisitions created in the last 60 days. This allows it to display much more quickly. You can still then modify the filter however you wish.

Fixes

• [OVDX-10613] We fixed an issue seen in the Requisition Reports, Infectious Disease and COVID-19 analytics reports where signature comments with only spaces (i.e., ones that appeared to be blank but which were not actually blank) would still be included in the Correction Reason column along with the name of the user that provided the comment.

Important Note

• As of today, August 31, new integration capabilities are available in your sandbox instance. You can read about them here and in the various early access articles here. These changes will become available in your production instance on September 10, concurrent with the normally scheduled maintenance update on that day.
