OvDx Maintenance Updates January 19, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11219] We modified the structure of providerAccounts.csv in the Integration Compendium. Now, the list will include all providers in all provider accounts (one record for each provider account-provider pair rather than just one record for each provider account). A single record will still be included for provider accounts with no providers. We also added columns to describe the provider. See the updated documentation here.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11228] We fixed a bug where, when a requisition custom attribute was set through the API but then subsequently changed on the requisition form, the HL7 produced for that requisition would include the value set through the API.
  • [OVDX-11218] We fixed an issue on the patient report timeline as seen on the requisition form where information about email recipients was not shown.
  • [OVDX-11209] We now send sample received times to Arkstone in the configured organization timezone rather than in UTC so that the date will match what is seen in analytics reports (and, usually, by users on the requisition form).
  • [OVDX-10286] We fixed an issue in the project and provider account filter lists on the Turnaround Times pages where selected options could appear twice.
