OvDx Maintenance Updates January 26, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

[OVDX-11221] We added a column to customAttributes.csv in the Integration Compendium to indicate whether the custom attribute was required, optional or hidden on the selected requisition template. See the updated documentation here.

Fixes

[OVDX-11235] We fixed in an issue in the Fax History analytics report where some faxes showed no pages attempted (the second number in the pages sent column). This could occur when multiple attempts were needed to transmit the fax.
