OvDx Maintenance Updates April 27, 2025

We will update the service during our weekly maintenance window as described in our service update policy here. The update will include the following changes.

Improvements

  • [OVDX-11296] We changed the delimiter used in the values field in customAttributes.csv in the Integration Compendium from a comma to a pipe character.
  • [OVDX-11295] We added a "no notification or reject document" sample rejection option; this new option will reject the sample without sending an email notification to the provider contact and will not generate the rejection document.

Fixes

  • [OVDX-11301] We fixed an issue for users without Secondary Provider Account's enabled: the option to include them in the Req Form was still present when configuring the Req Form settings.
  • [OVDX-11307] We fixed an issue that affected the sort order of assays as listed on some patient result reports.
  • [OVDX-11280] We fixed an issue where email notifications for scheduled Analytics ASP reports were not sent.
  • [OVDX-11247] We fixed the same issue for various fields in various tables: the displayed and/or filtered values were not being consistently converted to the user's timezone.
  • [OVDX-10746] We fixed an issue that occurred when navigating to the Req Form from the Samples tab when a deleted sample was shown in the samples list: the Req Form page loaded improperly and a browser refresh was required to continue.
  • [OVDX-9119] We fixed an issue experienced where users were not redirected to the LIMS after resetting their password when the reset was initiated by a user with a role of Admin.
