Adding Tests to a Test Panel

1. From More > Lab > Test Panels, select the desired test panel

 2. From the test panel, add panel content:

• Analyte/Drug Class - this is not applicable and can be ignored
• Test Type - must match the test panel type
• Name - test/assay name displayed on Requisition Form and Ovation-generated patient reports
• Code - unique internal assay code
• CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) - code billing purposes to be applied at the panel level (if not known, enter 0)

2. Click Add Test
